Constellation is a unique process that starts with you and any issue that has been difficult to overcome.
Issues are often rooted in trauma, both personal and ancestral, and can manifest as symptoms of pain, illness, addiction, and ongoing personal and relational difficulties. Trauma is a collective experience and we have to consider that if we only treat the individual, we will only address part of the equation. Whatever wasn’t finished in our family history, we now have an opportunity to bring closure to. This workshop will weave the magic of horses into the Constellation process, offering you a unique opportunity to broaden your perspective from the personal to the collective.
Why Horses?
As prey animals, horses are extraordinarily sensitive and have a unique capacity to see and feel the unseen. This makes them highly skilled as Constellation co-facilitators. After entering into the arena, the horses are safely let off lead and, unprompted, along with participants, stand in as representatives for various elements and ancestors in the field.
They are deeply sensitive to our emotions and know when what we are presenting is incongruent with what we are feeling.
Following their lead as co-facilitators, we are guided to understand what is needed, to allow for healing to occur; to transmute generational patterns and facilitate movement of often long held emotions.
No previous experience with horses needed.

Carol Shure is a Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator, a Mother, and a Grandmother with over 40 years of study and fieldwork in Family, Organizational and Systemic constructs. She bring’s a strong background of business ownership, entrepreneurialship and management skills to her personal and professional work. She has studied with many Masters in the Healing Arts, and Wisdom traditions and has been practicing her craft since 1980. Carol leads Transformational Embodied Growth Experiences with groups and individuals in Field and Systemic Constellation Work through Public workshops, and one on one Skype/telephone sessions.
