Description

Family Constellation is a therapeutic process based on the understanding that inherited traumas and events occurring in our families going back generations can emerge, manifesting in our lives as pain, illness, addiction, and/or personal and relational difficulties. Just as we inherit our physical traits, we also inherit unconscious and unspoken patterns.

With the help of the group, we will create a 3-dimensional map of your family of origin, and your present family, bringing influential hidden dynamics to light.

By honoring the suffering in our family and social systems, we can bring who or what has been excluded or forgotten into our hearts, resolving and reconciling and healing the hurt that was passed on to us. As we honor their plights, we also honor and carry forth their spirit of resilience.
